These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Dokal platform. By signing up, you unconditionally accept these Terms.
1. Purpose
Dokal is a SaaS platform designed for healthcare practitioners, enabling the management of appointments, patient records, scheduling and messaging.
2. Registration and Access
Access to Dokal is restricted to healthcare professionals. When registering, you certify that you are a practicing professional and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to: • Use the platform in accordance with its intended purpose. • Not attempt to bypass security measures. • Not use the service for unlawful purposes. • Respect the confidentiality of patient data.
4. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Dokal is committed to complying with the GDPR and all applicable data protection regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Dokal platform (interface, code, logos, content) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or use is strictly prohibited.
6. Liability
Dokal strives to ensure the availability and reliability of the service. However, Dokal shall not be liable for: • Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical reasons. • Indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. • Data loss in the event of force majeure.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from your profile settings. Dokal reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
8. Amendments
Dokal reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
